The Department of Technology, Management and Budget is seeking professional services for the Fayette Historic State Park, Historic Furnace Stacks project. The project involves providing design services for the historic furnace stacks, including study, schematic design, and preliminary design phases. The selected professional will be required to provide a complete design based on the approved project/program statement and assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal. • The professional must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations. • The professional must provide a technical proposal and a cost proposal, which will be evaluated based on their technical qualifications and cost. • The contract will be awarded to the professional firm that has been recommended by the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee after their evaluation of the combined technical and cost proposals.
