Description
The Veterans Health Administration is conducting market research for a construction project at the George E. Wahlen VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The effort will add a new 10,400‑sq‑ft outpatient pharmacy and specialty‑care clinic, renovate approximately 4,600 sq ft of existing space, and include site preparation, demolition, and removal of existing structures. All materials, labor, and equipment will be provided by the contractor under a firm‑fixed‑price, design‑bid‑build contract anticipated to be valued between $10 M and $20 M.
