NMDA Approved Supplier Program

The New Mexico State University (NMSU) and New Mexico Department of Agriculture (NMDA) are seeking a qualified consultant to design, deliver, and manage the Approved Supplier Program (ASP) for FY 27. The effort focuses on food‑safety, quality‑assurance, and wholesale‑readiness training for New Mexico farmers, ranchers, and food‑businesses, as well as the administration of the ASP application process, data management, and statewide outreach. The contract is valued at up to $600,000 for FY 27 with a potential continuation of $190,476 per year thereafter.
