The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith is seeking a qualified vendor to operate its on‑site Student Counseling Center, providing mental‑health counseling services to eligible students. The contract will begin 1 Jul 2025 and initially run for up to four years, with possible renewals to a total of seven years. The provider must staff a full‑time clinical counselor and a full‑time support person, maintain all required equipment, and deliver approximately 37.5 hours per week of direct counseling, group programming, and occasional tele‑health services. The vendor must also handle monthly invoicing, performance reporting, and comply with HIPAA, Arkansas licensing, and insurance requirements. • Deliver counseling to students (max 8 sessions/academic year per student) Monday‑Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (excluding lunch hour). • Provide 24/7 on‑call support for non‑clinical emergencies and maintain all clinic equipment and records. • Submit monthly operational reports, maintain required insurance (General Liability $3 M, Property $1 M, Vehicle, WC), and supply a transition plan for the 1 Jul 2025 start.
