NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A NON-COMPETITIVE CONTRACT Operational Lease of Flexible Endoscopy and Bronchoscopy Equipment

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a non‑competitive, operational lease for a full suite of flexible endoscopy and bronchoscopy equipment to be installed at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The contractor will provide, deliver, install, test, and place into service new medical equipment, remove existing leased equipment, and furnish initial user training and documentation. The lease runs for three years, beginning January 1 2027, and all work must be completed before that date. This opportunity is primarily a planning notice; interested vendors may submit capability information by the stated deadline. • Provide a complete set of endoscopy, bronchoscopy, video, and workstation equipment (see detailed inventory). • Remove and replace the VA’s current leased system, install new gear, and deliver on‑site training for clinical staff. • Supply full documentation, warranty, and ongoing maintenance under Federal Supply Schedule terms, complying with FDA, VA security, and records‑management requirements.
