The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to lease a fully operational mobile 1.5‑Tesla MRI system housed in a trailer for the Tomah VA Health Care System. The contractor must provide the equipment, transportation, installation, commissioning, comprehensive maintenance, training, software/firmware updates, and 24/7 technical support under a fully‑burdened monthly lease price. The contract includes a 12‑month base period with four optional 12‑month extensions and a possible six‑month extension, and requires strict performance metrics such as 98 % monthly uptime, 30‑minute response, 2‑hour on‑site emergency response, 12‑hour restoration, and 48‑hour replacement unit delivery.
• Lease of one mobile 1.5 T MRI trailer including all accessories and OEM support
• Delivery, set‑up, commissioning, and integration with VA PACS and network security
• Ongoing preventive & corrective maintenance, annual medical‑physicist testing, and rapid‑response service

• Contract term up to 66 months (base + 4 options + 6‑month extension) with fully‑burdened monthly pricing
