Manufacturer Processing USDA Commodities

The purpose of this RFP is to maximize the utilization of USDA donated food pounds. Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) will provide successful vendors with State of New Mexico USDA donated pounds (commodities) and successful vendors will supply a wide variety of the highest quality products, best value, and customer care. The contract term will be from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with no extensions. Key aspects of the job include: • Processing and delivering USDA commodities to APS • Providing high-quality products and customer care • Complying with all provisions contained in the RFP • Submitting a responsive and responsible proposal • Participating in the evaluation and selection process • Entering into a contract with APS, if selected.
