Food Services: Groceries/Restaurants and Other Related Services

The Coppell Independent School District (CISD) is seeking qualified vendors for the procurement of food supplies, including prepared foods, retail food offerings, and related products. The district aims to expand its vendor pool to ensure access to compliant, high-quality food products for district operations, including meal programs and catering services. Vendors responding to this RFP should be able to provide prepared foods, retail foods, and food products that meet federal, state, and district health, safety, and nutrition standards. • Must comply with Texas Government Code § 44.031 and other applicable statutes governing procurement • Must comply with TEA FASRAG purchasing policies and guidelines • Must comply with federal regulations under EDGAR and USDA food procurement standards • Must comply with Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) food safety and nutrition regulations • Must operate in compliance with Texas and federal law, including USDA and TDA regulations
