Energy Performance Contracting Services

The City of Laconia is seeking qualified firms to provide Energy Performance Contracting Services. The selected firm will conduct a technical Investment Grade Audit (IGA) of municipally owned facilities and implement a Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract (GESPC). The GESPC will allow for the implementation of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) through capital and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) improvements. The City is looking for a firm that can provide a comprehensive approach to energy conservation, including energy efficiency, strategic electrification, fuel-switching, cogeneration, renewable energy, or energy storage.
