The Montgomery County Government is seeking a licensed, uniformed, and highly professional security services firm to deliver a robust, visible, and comprehensive security program across the County’s facility portfolio. The selected Contractor must demonstrate the capacity, experience, and organizational depth to provide consistent security presence, support incident prevention and response, ensure adherence to County standards, and enhance the overall safety posture across the full spectrum of County facilities. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • Providing contract security officer force management at a diverse range of government facilities • Delivering a comprehensive security program that includes incident prevention and response • Ensuring adherence to County standards and enhancing the overall safety posture • Having an executed Labor Peace Agreement (LPA) prior to the execution of the contract • Completing and submitting the Attestation for a Labor Peace Agreement with the proposal
