RFP Snack Bar/Café for the City Airport

The City of Casa Grande is seeking proposals from responsible vendors to provide Snack Bar/Café services for the City Airport. The selected vendor will be responsible for operating a snack bar/café located in the Airport Terminal, providing menu items, staffing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the café. The vendor will also be required to develop a marketing and promotion plan for the café and obtain necessary licenses and permits. The City of Casa Grande reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Request for Proposals and to reject any or all responses. • The snack bar/café is available for lease immediately, and an opening date will be determined during contract negotiations. • The Airport Terminal is approximately 4,500 square feet and includes a 600 square foot snack bar/café area. • The daily visitor count is approximately 20-30, depending on the time of year. • The vendor will be responsible for providing food and beverage items, coffee/Espresso machines, and food and beverage preparatory devices. • The City of Casa Grande will provide electric and water utility services, restrooms, Wi-Fi Internet access, and general lighting.
