Downtown Power Washing - Denver Union Station and Civic Center

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a contractor to provide exterior power washing services at Denver Union Station and Civic Center Plaza. The contractor will be responsible for power washing the facilities on a weekly, monthly, and semi-annual basis, using truck-mounted self-sufficient hot water pressure washing equipment. The contract period is for one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional years.
