Description
The State University of New York – Stony Brook is seeking qualified consultants to provide design services for a new Nursing Simulation Center on its campus. This RFQ (26/27‑017MC) solicits qualifications only; cost proposals will be requested after a consultant is selected. Respondents must submit a readable qualifications package showing relevant past design projects, sign the submission, and upload it through SUNY’s Jaggaer supplier portal by the deadline. The award will be to a single firm and will require compliance with a suite of NY State contractual, MWBE, SDVOB, and reporting requirements.
• Scope: Architectural and design services for a Nursing Simulation Center (no construction).
• Submission: Qualifications only, no cost proposal, via Jaggaer system; deadline 1 Sept 2026 12:00 PM EST.
• Requirements: Demonstrated experience on similar projects, adherence to NY State contract clauses, MWBE/SDVOB certifications, annual employment reporting (OSC Forms A & B).
