Conservation/Parks/Wind Creek -FY26 Pump Credit Card Processing Fees

The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide credit card processing services for an existing onsite fuel dispenser located at Wind Creek State Park. The supplier will be required to provide a fee schedule, and the evaluation will be based on the contents of the fee schedule. The contract will be for a period of approximately 11 months, from 10/2025 to 9/30/2026. The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and must submit their response electronically through Alabama Buys. • The supplier must provide a unit price of $0.00 and attach a quote with a fee schedule. • The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation. • The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract. • The supplier must certify that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142 of the Code of Alabama 1975. • The supplier must provide written proof of manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, certificates of insurance, etc. if requested.
