The State of Alaska Department of Health, Division of Public Health (DPH), is seeking a contractor to provide leadership training statewide to Alaska family members who are primary caregivers of young children. The training will provide ongoing management, promotion, and implementation of the Family Engagement and Leadership Training (FELT) program, a DPH-created tool that helps support families to become advocates and leaders. The scope of work includes providing leadership training, managing and promoting the FELT program, and implementing the program statewide. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing leadership training to family members • Managing and promoting the FELT program • Implementing the program statewide • Supporting families to become advocates and leaders • Coordinating with the Division of Public Health to ensure the program's success The ideal contractor will have experience in providing leadership training, managing and promoting programs, and working with families and communities.
