25 Mile Creek Camp Store-Gas Dock Concession

The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission is seeking proposals to operate and manage a food and beverage concession at Twenty-Five Mile State Park. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing a full-service retail operation, offering a diverse selection of grocery items, camping necessities, and convenience goods. The vendor may also sell beer and wine, and is encouraged to offer other services to enhance the visitor experience. The contract is for a period of up to five years, with the option to extend for an additional five years. • The concession will be located at Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park, near Lake Chelan. • The vendor will be responsible for providing their own display furniture, refrigeration equipment, and other necessary items. • The vendor will need to obtain an endorsement to sell gasoline and provide a gas pump. • The vendor will be responsible for their own utilities, including electrical, water, phone, garbage, and internet/WIFI. • The vendor must have at least five years of experience in retail operations and be licensed to do business in the state of Washington.
