Johnson County Wastewater is seeking qualified firms to provide Progressive Design‑Build (PDB) services for the Brush Creek Pump Station Improvements in Prairie Village, KS. The scope includes designing and constructing a new pump station to replace aging infrastructure, demolition of the existing station, installation of new screening, material handling, pumps, valves, odor control, a code‑compliant electrical building, and related structures, while maintaining continuous service, conducting public outreach, and restoring the site after construction. • New pump station design, construction, and commissioning • Demolition of existing facility and site remediation • Installation of mechanical, electrical, and control systems (pumps, valves, odor control, etc.) • Ongoing operation during construction, public outreach, and post‑construction site restoration
