Project 2766 RFQ Courier Deposit Services

Brown County (Wisconsin) is seeking a single qualified vendor to provide both armored cash‑deposit courier services and routine non‑armored library material transport for numerous county facilities. The five‑year professional‑services contract will cover weekly pickups and same‑day deliveries of sealed cash/coin/negotiable instruments from libraries, the jail, sheriff’s office, airport, zoo, golf course, museums, parks, and other county locations, plus multiple intra‑library transfers of books and media. The vendor must meet strict insurance minimums, hold a current Wisconsin contractor’s license, provide 3‑5 references (including at least one public‑sector client), and be capable of handling the County’s schedule changes, holiday operations, and site‑cleanup responsibilities. No fuel or excess‑premise surcharges are allowed, and the County reserves the right to “piggy‑back” the contract to other governmental entities at the same terms. Invoicing will be by five invoicing groups with net‑30 payment terms. • Armored cash‑deposit pickups (weekly) from libraries and other facilities, with same‑day delivery to Associated Bank. • Non‑armored library courier services (multiple trips per week) for books, media, and documents. • Additional non‑armored pickups/deliveries for airport, zoo, golf course, parks, jail, sheriff’s office, etc., following a detailed schedule. • Mandatory insurance (GL $4 M/$6 M, Auto $1 M, Umbrella $2 M, Workers’ Comp, Employer Liability $100 K) and Wisconsin licensing required. • Contract term: 5 years starting 1 Apr 2026; submission deadline 10 Feb 2026 3 PM CST.
