FLEXIM FLEXUS THERMAL ENERGY METER SYSTEM

Massport is seeking proposals for the supply, delivery, and full‑service installation of ten (10) FLEXIM FLUXUS F532TE Clamp‑On Ultrasonic Thermal Energy Meter Systems, including all accessories, factory‑authorized startup, commissioning, and training at its central heating plant and at Logan International Airport in East Boston, MA. The contract is a one‑time purchase with no ongoing recurring services; all equipment must be new, unused, and supplied by the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. Proposers must provide a single unit price that incorporates equipment, materials, accessories, documentation, startup, testing, training, labor, travel, and any other resources required for a fully operational system. The solicitation also requires compliance with Massport’s non‑discrimination policies, ethics certifications, and insurance obligations. • Deliver ten FLEXIM FLUXUS F532TE thermal energy meters (including transmitters, clamp‑on transducers, temperature inputs, mounting hardware, cabling, and accessories). • Provide one‑time setup support for all meters, including on‑site factory‑authorized technical services, commissioning, testing, and training for Massport staff. • All work must be performed at the Massport Central Heating Plant and Logan International Airport, with the possibility of additional locations added at Massport’s discretion.
