Restaurant/Catering Services

Alief Independent School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide restaurant/catering services for use throughout the district. The contract term will be for four years, beginning September 1, 2023, and ending August 31, 2027. Vendors will be required to provide on-site services, including meal planning, meal service, box lunches, food trucks, meal delivery, and meal set-up/clean-up. The district may choose to contract with single or multiple vendors as necessary to obtain the contract mix that is most advantageous. • The vendor must have a certified food service manager on duty in any food preparation area. • The vendor must comply with Chapter 20, Article II of the latest version of the City of Houston Code of Ordinances. • The vendor must provide a menu/price list and indicate any delivery or set-up charges. • The vendor must provide supplies, such as napkins, tableware, and eating or serving utensils, with each order. • The vendor must upload a list of all participating restaurants, including address and contact information, to the Response Attachments Tab.
