Dental Clinic Equipment

Laramie County Community College is seeking bids for the purchase of dental clinic equipment, including a steam sterilizer, cassette autoclave, dental chair, wall-mounted intraoral radiography head, intraoral digital sensors, and a large instrument washer. The equipment will be used by the Dental Hygiene program at the LCCC Science Center facility in Cheyenne, WY. Bidders are required to provide technical specifications, warranty, and service maintenance information for each unit bid. The total bid price shall include equipment, required accessories, warranty, delivery, installation, startup, and the removal and disposal of existing equipment. • The college prefers equipment delivery and complete installation as soon as possible, ideally by August 24, 2026. • Bidders are required to attach technical specifications for each unit bid, including warranty and service maintenance information. • The total bid price shall include all charges for transportation, packaging, crates, containers, insurance, duty, and brokerage charges necessary to complete a Cheyenne, WY delivery. • LCCC reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and is not necessarily bound to accept the lowest bid if that bid is contrary to the best interests of LCCC.
