Mold Remediation and Surface Decontamination Services for ETS Kauai

The State of Hawaii’s Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is seeking an experienced contractor to perform comprehensive mold remediation and surface decontamination at its Kauai facility. The work includes containment, double‑pass HEPA vacuuming of walls, ceilings, and flooring, installation and operation of negative‑air HEPA scrubbers, moisture control via industrial dehumidifiers, HVAC exterior duct and grille cleaning, post‑remediation verification air and surface testing by an AIHA‑accredited lab, and all associated mobilization and travel costs to Lihue, Kauai. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, all‑inclusive award and requires the contractor to hold appropriate licenses, insurance, and compliance certifications. • Provide containment and negative‑air pressure for a minimum of 8 continuous days. • Perform double‑pass HEPA vacuuming of approximately 1,095 sq ft of walls/ceilings and 422 sq ft of flooring, plus full‑office content cleaning. • Deploy industrial dehumidifiers (110‑159 pints/day) for at least 5 days and clean all HVAC exterior ductwork. • Conduct post‑remediation verification sampling at ≥ 3 locations, analyzed by an AIHA‑accredited laboratory, before releasing the space. • Include all travel, airfare, car rental, per‑diem, and equipment transport costs in a single lump‑sum price.
