Pre-Procure Disaster/Weather Relief

Washington County, Arkansas is seeking proposals for pre-procurement disaster/weather relief services. The proposal should include a company profile, detailed work plan, team composition, previous case studies or references, pricing, timeline, and risk management plan. • The contract may be for a term of up to 7 years. • The vendor must have a proven track record of delivering disaster response services or goods in past emergencies. • The vendor should be capable of scaling up services quickly and have access to sufficient resources to meet large-scale needs. • The vendor must demonstrate the ability to mobilize resources within 24-48 hours of an event. • The vendor must possess the necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance to operate in disaster zones. • The vendor must have logistical networks or the ability to serve areas impacted by the disaster. • The vendor will be responsible for any damages or delays caused by their actions during the project.
