WYS Main Terminal Janitorial Services

The Montana Department of Transportation is seeking bids for janitorial services for the Yellowstone Airport Terminal located in West Yellowstone, MT. The contract term is from May 6, 2026, to October 15, 2026, with the option to extend in 1-year increments. The contractor will be responsible for providing quality cleaning services, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, such as cleaning floors, restrooms, and windows, and emptying trash and recyclables. The contractor must also provide a supervisor to oversee the work and ensure that it is completed to the Department's satisfaction. • The contract requires the contractor to provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The contractor must have experience in providing janitorial services. • The contractor must be able to provide a list of all employees working under the contract, including their names, work schedules, and work locations. • The contractor must be able to commence cleaning after 4:00 p.m. and complete cleaning by 9:00 a.m., 7 days a week.
