Lease of Municipal Real Estate for Wireless Communications Facilities

The Town of Scituate is soliciting sealed proposals to lease a portion of Town-owned land for the purpose of erecting, operating, and maintaining one wireless communications monopole facility and related equipment for a term of up to twenty years. The property consists of approximately 3,750 square feet of land located at 800 Chief Justice Cushing Highway. The lease will be awarded to a responsive and responsible proposer whose proposal is deemed by the Select Board to be the most advantageous to the Town, taking into consideration the value of the proposed rent and the evaluation criteria. • The lease term is up to twenty years. • The property consists of approximately 3,750 square feet of land. • The lease will be awarded based on the value of the proposed rent and the evaluation criteria. • No electronic or faxed proposals will be accepted. • Proposals must be submitted by June 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST.
