Request for Letter of Interest - Regional Safety Action Plan

The City of Jonesboro is inviting qualified engineering firms to submit letters of interest (LOI) to update the Northeast Arkansas Regional Transportation Planning Commission (NARTPC) Regional Safety Action Plan. The LOI must include primary contact details and Engineer Qualifications (SF 330). Five hard‑copy sets and one digital file are required by the deadline. Selected firms will receive a detailed scope of work and be asked to submit formal proposals to develop updated safety strategies, identify emerging safety concerns, and propose measures to reduce serious and fatal crashes in the region.
