Budget estimate

$600,000 – $4,000,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on 5‑6 beds statewide (or 2‑4 regional) operating 24/7 for a two‑year period, a typical daily per‑bed cost for intensive crisis care ranges from $400‑$800. Assuming 6 beds at $600 average: 6 beds × 365 days × $600 ≈ $1,314,000 per year, or about $2.6 M for the base two‑year term. Adding staffing, administration, and overhead could push the total to $3‑$4 M. For a more conservative estimate (lower bed count and lower per‑day cost) the range could be $600,000–$1,200,000. Therefore a plausible award amount is roughly $600,000 to $4,000,000, with most proposals likely landing in the $1‑$2 M band.
