2026 Town Wash Detention Basin Spillway Rehabilitation Project

The City of Mesquite is inviting bids for the 2026 Town Wash Detention Basin Spillway Rehabilitation Project. The project includes the rehabilitation of deteriorating RCC steps on the face of the spillway, cleaning loose material from surface areas, furnishing and placement of rebar and wire mesh, and applying 4"-6" of shotcrete. The project is to be completed within 45 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued. • The project is located within Mesquite, Clark County, Nevada. • A pre-bid conference will be held on June 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. local time. • All bids must be submitted through the NGEM system. • The City of Mesquite will issue an addendum following the June 29th deadline that addresses the questions submitted from bidders.
