Creative Industry & Music Production Program Development Services

The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools is seeking a contractor to design, implement, and sustain a district‑wide Creative Industry and Music Production program, beginning at Pearl‑Cohn High School with potential expansion to other schools. The work includes comprehensive needs assessment, studio workflow design, equipment procurement and integration, curriculum development for grades 6‑12, provision of qualified studio professionals, educator training, student programming, and ongoing program evaluation and reporting. The contract is multi‑year (estimated 5‑year term) and will be evaluated on cost, technical approach, qualifications, and past performance. • Conduct site assessments and develop studio/workflow implementation plans. • Provide equipment specifications, procurement, installation, and training for staff. • Create curriculum, deliver student instruction, and offer professional development for teachers. • Supply qualified studio engineers/producers, mentorship, and ongoing technical support. • Deliver annual performance reports and a sustainability/expansion plan.
