SDSU Website Support and Maintenance Service

South Dakota State University is seeking a qualified partner to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement services for its primary website (sdstate.edu), which is built on Drupal 10 and hosted on the Pantheon platform. The vendor will deliver routine operational support, security updates, accessibility remediation, and be able to execute defined web‑development projects as they arise. The contract begins July 1 2026 with a one‑year initial term and a $5,000 per month retainer covering roughly 25‑30 support hours; additional project work is billed separately on an hourly or fixed‑price basis. • Maintain and update Drupal core, contributed and custom modules; ensure WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 compliance. • Provide Pantheon hosting liaison, backup/restore, and 24/7 automated monitoring with rapid outage response. • Collaborate via GitHub, Slack, Tugboat; supply a dedicated lead developer and project manager; support bi‑weekly coordination meetings.
