The City of Salina seeks a qualified contractor to remove and dispose of all vehicle and equipment tires generated at its Municipal Solid Waste Landfill over a two‑year period. Bidders will submit unit prices for five tire size categories; the City will pay based on the actual number of tires removed each month. The contract requires full insurance coverage, compliance with Kansas and EPA regulations, and the ability to provide labor, equipment, and transportation on a scheduled or on‑call basis.
