Description

The Eielson Air Force Base is seeking industry feedback on a draft statement of work to install a camera surveillance system within the common areas of their dormitories. The system must be able to cover all common areas, remain off the network, and maintain recording for at least 4 hours when the power fails. The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the purchase, installation, testing, and maintenance of the system. Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as it is a Request for Information (RFI) rather than a solicitation. However, based on the scope of work, which includes the installation of a camera surveillance system in 8 buildings with 4 floors each, the estimated budget could be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million. This estimate is based on the assumption that the system will require a significant amount of equipment, labor, and materials to install and maintain. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the system, the number of cameras required, and the level of technical expertise needed to install and maintain the system.
