Troop Lodging

The Massachusetts Air National Guard requires lodging services for members outside the commuting distance during Regularly Scheduled Drills. The solicitation includes four contract line items (CLINs) for off-season and summer season room nights, with specific dates and quantities of rooms provided. The contractor will be required to provide lodging services for a base year, with options for additional years. The Government will require additional lodging between 7 March 2026 and 30 November 2027, with dates to be provided along with a notice of intent to exercise option 60-90 days prior to the end of the base year. • CLIN 0001 – Off Season Room Nights: 65 rooms on Thursday, April 30th, 2026, 120 rooms on Friday, May 1st, 2026, and 120 rooms on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 • CLIN 0002 – Summer Season Room Nights: 65 rooms on Thursday, August 20th, 2026, 120 rooms on Friday, August 21st, 2026, and 120 rooms on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 • CLIN 1001 – Option Year Off Season Room Nights: 65 rooms on Thursday, December 3rd, 2026, 120 rooms on Friday, December 4th, 2026, and 120 rooms on Saturday, December 5th, 2026 • CLIN 1002 – Option Year Summer Season Room Nights: dates to be determined
