Bid 2154 - CYLINDER GAS FOR GENERAL USE - MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS - 2025-10-2154-ND

The Saint Louis County Government is seeking bids from vendors to supply, deliver, and pick up general use cylinder gas for multiple County departments. The contractor must be the authorized dealer or producer of the required gases and have the ability to provide the needed gas products within three days of receipt of a phone or email order request. The contract term is expected to be 3 years with an option for a 2-year renewal. • The contractor must have the ability to provide the needed gas products within three days of receipt of a phone or email order request. • The contractor must be the authorized dealer or producer of the required gases. • Cylinders must be utilized for only gas, restricted to single gas or gas mixture to prevent contamination, and suitable for outdoor storage. • The contractor must complete and submit the Bid Form included, which requires completion of the Company’s Name, Content Cost per Cylinder, Vendor Part #, Cylinder Daily Renter Rate, and Shipping Charge Per Cylinder.
