This statewide term contract solicits qualified firms to provide a full suite of right‑of‑way (ROW) acquisition and related services for the South Carolina Department of Transportation. The scope includes land acquisition, temporary construction easements, relocation assistance for residential and commercial properties, title searches, exhibit preparation, quality‑control package reviews, surveying/staking, and overall ROW project management. Fees are capped on a per‑tract basis, with fixed‑price amounts ranging from $75 for revised exhibits to $8,500 for commercial relocations. The contract is initially one‑year with automatic one‑year renewals up to a total of three years, subject to a 30‑day non‑renewal notice.
