Car Share Program

Clemson University is seeking a qualified firm to design, launch, and operate a 24/7 campus‑wide car‑sharing service for students, faculty, and staff. The vendor must conduct a market assessment, provide a reservation system with mobile app, supply a minimum fleet of five EPA‑SmartWay vehicles (including at least one plug‑in hybrid), handle insurance, maintenance, customer support, reporting, and profit‑sharing. The program must be turnkey, cost‑neutral to the university, and include sustainability goals, on‑site support, and integration with university IT (Shibboleth/AD).
