Temporary Labor Services

Texas State University seeks a qualified firm (or firms) to supply non‑exclusive temporary personnel and skilled‑labor services for its San Marcos and Round Rock campuses. The contract will be awarded on a “best‑value” basis, with a 70 % weighting on qualifications and 30 % on pricing. The initial term is one year with the option to extend up to four additional one‑year renewals (maximum five consecutive years).
