The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Memphis District) is seeking a contractor to provide seasonal aerial herbicide (brushkill) services and high‑definition aerial video imagery of approximately 1,300 miles of river channel corridors across Arkansas and Missouri. The contractor must supply all aircraft, crew, herbicides, sensors, and data‑storage media, perform both spray and reconnaissance missions, and deliver verified kill‑rate documentation and geo‑referenced video within tight turnaround windows.
