Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified provider to deliver a full suite of occupational health services for Gwinnett County employees and job applicants. The contractor must perform drug and alcohol testing (including random selection), pre‑employment, fitness‑for‑duty, return‑to‑duty, and change‑of‑position medical examinations, as well as a menu of ancillary lab and imaging services. All testing must comply with DOT and HHS regulations, be available 24 × 7 for random and reasonable‑suspicion testing, and results must be reported securely to the County’s HR department. The contract runs for an initial 12‑month term starting February 1 2027, with up to four optional one‑year renewals.
