Description
The Metropolitan Council is seeking qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive suite of occupational‑health medical services, drug and alcohol collection, laboratory testing, and third‑party administrative (TPA) support for its employee health program. Up to four separate contracts may be awarded, each lasting five years, offering a stable multi‑year revenue stream for the successful provider. The scope includes on‑site medical evaluations, specimen collection, lab analysis, and management of the drug/alcohol testing program, with all vendors required to confirm that any subcontractors are not debarred or suspended under state or federal rules. This is an open competition with no DBE/MCUB set‑aside goals, allowing any qualified firm to compete.
