TIRE REPLACEMENT

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is seeking a contractor to provide tire replacement services for fuel trucks, work trucks, and Oil Spill Response Boat Trailers. The current fleet tires are over 10 years old and require replacement. The contract will be a firm, fixed-price contract, and the Government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, past performance, and price. The contractor must demonstrate the capability to meet the requirements as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contract includes a base and 4 option years. • The Government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, past performance, and price. • The contractor must demonstrate the capability to meet the requirements as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The Government reserves the right to use any relevant information available to evaluate the offeror's past performance. • The total price, including all options, submitted by the offeror will be utilized for the price evaluation.
