RFP #2026-01 for Legal Services

The Town of Indian Shores, Florida is seeking a qualified and experienced attorney or law firm to serve as Town Attorney and provide comprehensive municipal legal services. The selected firm will be responsible for attending and advising at Town Council, board, committee, and staff meetings; drafting and revising ordinances and resolutions; reviewing contracts, procurement documents, and development applications; and providing guidance on land use, zoning, finance, Sunshine Law, public records, and other areas of municipal law. The Town Attorney will also represent the Town in litigation, prosecute ordinance violations when necessary, conduct investigations, prepare witnesses, and provide timely legal opinions to elected officials and staff.
