Holloman AFB FY26 Airshow - Rental Cars

The United States Air Force is seeking information from interested vendors for rental car services to support the 2026 Legacy of Liberty Airshow at Holloman AFB, NM. The requirement entails the rental of 38 vehicles, including sedans and sport utility vehicles, for a period of 6 days from April 14, 2026 to April 20, 2026. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to execute the tasks described in the Statement of Work. The key tasks include providing vehicles, ensuring vehicle readiness, executing vehicle pickup and return, and providing insurance and assuming liability. • The contractor must provide 38 commercial rental vehicles, including 19 sedans and 8 sport utility vehicles, at the Holloman AFB Visitor Center, and 6 sedans and 5 sport utility vehicles at the El Paso International Airport. • The contractor must ensure that all vehicles are clean, in good working condition, and free of mechanical defects. • The contractor must provide a full tank of fuel at the time of pickup and place a copy of the current state registration and proof of insurance inside the vehicle. • The contractor must facilitate the pickup and return of all vehicles by authorized personnel.
