Refurbish Lift Station - FCI Cumberland

The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a contractor to refurbish the wastewater lift station at FCI Cumberland, MD. The work involves complete demolition of existing pumps, grinder, auger, electrical disconnects, and control systems, followed by installation of a new stainless‑steel NEMA 4X control panel with PLC/relay logic, VFDs, surge protection, and HOA switches. Additional tasks include installing a redundant level‑sensing system with audio/visual alarms, new grinder, auger, diverters, three wet‑well pumps plus three spares, upgraded grounding, conduit, and lightning protection, and full functional and hydrostatic testing.
