Description
The University of Massachusetts seeks a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, turnkey solution for its Summer Acoustic Music Week (SAMW) program. The awardee will lease or rent a suitable property or building that can accommodate two separate, week‑long music camps (each 6 nights), host up to 130 participants per session, and deliver all associated services including lodging, meals, conference spaces, performance venues, recreation, medical support, security, and telecommunications. The contract is a fixed‑price, five‑year agreement with annual delivery of the two sessions.
