This solicitation calls for the supply, design, delivery, installation, and post‑installation support of solar‑powered highway lighting systems for Kentucky’s road network. The contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) award covering a range of line‑items such as solar light fixtures, various pole heights (20’, 25’, 30’), decorative heads, twin‑arm units, breakaway coupling kits, remote monitoring systems, and associated installation services (direct burial, anchoring, mobilization, technician support, and on‑site evaluation).
