Payment Gateway

The Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity (DAB), Pesticide Branch, is seeking a vendor to provide a payment gateway for websites and related services. The contract will be for a period of five years. The vendor must be capable of supporting all card and ACH operations, including point of sale terminal sales, mobile applications, and integration for website payment gateway. The vendor must also provide a payment gateway that is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS 3.21) compliant. • The vendor must provide all services necessary to process payments, including credit cards, PIN-based debit and signature-based debit, and automated clearing house (ACH) transactions. • The vendor must provide a payment gateway that is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via a secure environment. • The vendor must provide training and technical support to Pesticides Branch users on how to utilize all the functions. • The vendor must provide assistance by phone during DAB's regular business hours to resolve any credit card terminal and online payment gateway problems.
