The City of Cottonwood is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide building and fire code plan‑review and on‑site inspection services for its Community Development and Fire Departments. The contractor will review architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, accessibility, and energy‑related plans, returning reviews within 10‑15 working days and performing in‑person inspections throughout the city. Work is performed on an as‑needed basis, with the expectation of rapid turnaround, digital workflow integration, and the ability to scale for fluctuating volumes.
