On-Call Inspection & Plan Review Services

The City of Corvallis is seeking qualified vendors to provide on‑call inspection and plan‑review services for its Development Services Division on an as‑needed basis. The contractor will perform building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hazardous‑materials, medical‑gas, and code‑enforcement inspections, as well as comprehensive plan reviews for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Work must be completed within strict timeframes (10 calendar days for residential plans, 18 days for commercial/industrial) and include documentation of deficiencies, code citations, and final compliance verification. The City will supply electronic copies of plans and daily inspection lists; the contractor must supply all labor, equipment, insurance, and necessary certifications.
