TRAFFIC COUNT COLLECTION SERVICES

The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is seeking a single vendor to provide statewide traffic‑count collection services, including manual turning‑movement counts, video‑based data acquisition, pedestrian and bicycle counts, vehicle classification, quality‑assurance/quality‑control, and electronic reporting. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year base period with up to four optional one‑year renewals (maximum five years).
